Shipping times will vary based on location and item type. IF NOT STATED AS A PREORDER, item will ship within one to four days of purchase. Once products are handed to the courier, if any problems occur with delivering the product it is sadly out of our control, but we will try our best to make sure that you receive your package, if you have any issue pertaining to a missing shipment, please contact us

We will make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, however we understand that unforeseen issues can occur. If, upon ARRIVAL of your product, you notice any damage or defects, please reach out to us. We will work closely with you to address the situation. Please follow us on Instagram, @intrwvd, to receive regular updates on your preorder. Preorder times are subject to change based on order volume. The preorder window for Straw_Hat will be open from 11/13 12:00 PM CST to 11/20 12:00 PM CST. Once the window is closed, production will begin and is estimated to be 30-35 days including overseas shipping. Once we receive the products, we (me, myself, and I) will work as fast as possible to package your orders and ship them out. We will then ship the item from us to you, arriving in approximately 4-7 days if you are a U.S. customer.
